Exterior Info and Pictures
Both cottages have a fire pit located in the back. Wood is provided we just ask for a donation to help keep it in stock. For security the cottages are gated and fenced in with code lock gates. Note: there is a train track close to the house so expect some noise...

Living Rooms, Kitchens and Dinning Rooms per Side
The living room has a flat screen Smart TV with HULU Live TV, ample seating. WIfi is available for both sides. The kitchen is fully furnished with seating areas. There is also a dinning area with table and chairs.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms per Side
There are four bedrooms, three upstairs and one down per duplex. One bedroom up has a queen and full and the other rooms have 2 fulls per room for a total of 8 beds Per Duplex. There are 2 full baths per duplex. One upstairs and one down with a walk in shower for each. (linings are provided)
Exterior Set Up
Exterior is set up with parking on each side of Duplex with lockable coded gates for each side. There are two fire pits at the back of the house. Wood is provided we just ask for donation to cover wood cost.
Please note that all our Cottages are old homes that are ranging from 70 to over 100 years old. I have tried to capture what they look like in all the pictures posted. These are all original home from when Coal was King in McDowell County.
